Q: WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE JUMPSTART AND THE WRAPKINI ?

A: Our programs are designed to be done in order. Start with the 30 Day Jumpstart which focuses on cleansing the body, then the Wrap Girl Triple Threat which focuses more on helping you lose weight and end with the Wrapkini Challenge  to tighten, tone and firm. The Jumpstart prepares you for the Triple Threat which prepares you for the Wrapkini.

Q: CAN I DO THE CHALLENGES WHILE BREASTFEEDING?

A: We have many breastfeeding moms who join us according to their doctor’s recommendation. Please talk to your doctor about whether it is right for you.

Q: CAN I DO THE CHALLENGES WHILE PREGNANT?

A: Our plans are not designed for the nutritional needs of pregnant women. Please talk to your doctor about whether it is right for you.

Q: HOW DO I GET THE DISCOUNT?

A: You must click the green bar on the checkout page to create a Wrap Girls account and receive your discount.

Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I EAT AND WORKOUT?

A: Do whatever feels best for your body and schedule. It’s personal preference. There are no magic times to eat and exercise. We do recommend eating no more than 3-4 hours apart so you never let yourself get too hungry.
